Duan Ning, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, business development consultant of Xinjiang Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, now serves as vice president of Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, director of China National Cleaner Production Center, expert receiving special government allowance from the State Council, as the first researcher to introduce the theories on cleaner production, industrial ecology and circular economy to China.
