It is the wastewater reuse project which adopts the pretreatment and advanced treatment process for a second time for the wastes or discharge standard of sewage to make the water after treatment reach the standards for greening, sweeping, circulating feed water and boiler feed water, and then reused for industrial purposes,  livelihood and water reserves.
